LES WEST - SR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I relocated with my wife and six children to Eugene Oregon in 1999 from Ohio. I have 25 years experience in the building industry. That career has allowed me to work as an independent contractor and in management of affordable housing, custom housing, multifamily and industrial construction. I enjoy outdoor activities; camping fishing and hunting; with my family. I carry a BS in Biology and Minor in Mathematics from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide).

JEFF EMMETT - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I am a native Oregonian and grew up in North Bend. I attended Oregon State University, (GO BEAVERS) and Western Oregon University where I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Geography. I have over 12 years of construction supervisory and operations management experience. My wife, Leah, and I became first-time parents in March 2009 when our daughter Allison was born.  In my free time I enjoy camping, fishing, playing basketball, playing golf and many other outdoor activities. Leah and I are also proud Adair homeowners.

GARY COMPTON - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I live in Brownsville with my Wife and youngest daughter. We have an older daughter who attends Lane Community College. I helped open the Adair Creswell Branch in 2004. Prior to working with Adair I was involved in the restoration of Historic residential homes and commercial buildings. I enjoy spending time at home with my family working on projects and gardening. I received a Masters Degree in Psychology from Chapman University in 1986.

TERI CARROLL - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I came to Adair as a home owner first and was hired as a Home Ownership Counselor half way through my build. I’ve now been with Adair 4 years and I love what I do here. I’m gearing up to start my second build as an Adair homeowner. I share a very busy life with my 3 children. I enjoy music, gardening, wine tasting and relaxing bbq’s with friends.

SANDRA ANDES - BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR
I am a native of Eugene and my career has centered around the housing industry having worked in title insurance, escrow, real estate and mortgage lending. I began working for Adair Homes shortly after the Creswell branch opened for business. What better way to round out a career that had kept me in the industry for over 20 years? My free time is spent with my three sons, two thirds of whom still live at home and attend high school in Eugene, while my oldest attends Lane Community College. Camping and dirt bike riding are always a great way to enjoy this awesome place we live!

KIRK DUTTON - SR HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
As a Native Oregonian, I am proud to serve the communities I was raised in for Adair Homes.  I attended the University of Oregon where I studied Marketing and Finance.  After college, I began a 16 year career in the mortgage industry.  Now I can say that I am proud to work for an organization that puts it customer’s needs and well being ahead of everything else.  It is truly amazing to see the “life changing” event of building an Adair Home for many of our customers. Outside of work lies my greatest passion; I am the proud father of three wonderful children and truly enjoy raising them in the Willamette Valley.  I look forward to the opportunity to help you and your family plan your new Adair Home.

KELLIE MARTIN - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
As someone who was born and raised in the State of Oregon, you will not find anyone more proud to be an Oregonian.  I came to work for Adair Homes in June of 2007. My belief and dedication to Adair Homes allows me to offer the very best solutions for my clients. I've benn married for over 15 years to a man who has dedicated his life to serving our community as a Lane County Sheriff’s Deputy and most recently, heading up the Search and Rescue teams for all of Lane County.  When not at work, my husband and I support and attend our four athletically gifted children’s sporting events. With only two children left in school, one finishing her education and basketball career at the University of Anchorage Alaska and the other attending a private high school, our spare time is  spent with our four year old grandson.  My loyalties are with my Community and Family.
