LYNN TRIBON - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I have served with Adair Homes since 1999 and have built and lived in homes built by Adair throughout my tenure. My experience in construction, administration and home planning provides our staff with a high level of expertise and leadership. I am a strong advocate for Adair's mission to provide affordable housing.
GARY COMPTON - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I have served with Adair since 2004 when I helped open the Creswell Branch. I live in our northern build area in a small farming community called Brownsville. My wife, Sonja, our youngest daughter, Jazmine, and I love the small town atmosphere and sense of community we find there. Our eldest daughter, Bailey, attends Lane Community College and has aspirations of becoming a mid–wife. My family enjoys spending time together gardening, crafting, working on home improvement projects and entertaining friends.
JEFF EMMETT - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I am a native Oregonian and grew up in North Bend. I attended Oregon State University, (GO BEAVERS) and Western Oregon University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. I have over twelve years of construction supervisory and operations management experience. My wife, Leah, and I became first-time parents in March 2009 when our daughter Allison was born. In my free time I enjoy camping, fishing, playing basketball, playing golf and many other outdoor activities. Leah and I are also proud Adair homeowners.
KELLIE MARTIN - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
As someone who was born and raised in the State of Oregon, you will not find anyone more proud to be an Oregonian. I came to work for Adair Homes in June of 2007. My belief and dedication to Adair Homes allows me to offer the very best solutions for my clients. I've been married for over fifteen years to a man who has dedicated his life to serving our community as a Lane County Sheriff's Deputy and most recently, heading up the Search and Rescue teams for all of Lane County. When not at work, my husband and I support and attend our four athletically gifted children's sporting events. With only two children left in school, one finishing her education and basketball career at the University of Anchorage Alaska, and the other attending a private high school, our spare time is spent with our four year old grandson. My loyalties are with my community and family.
